OPT uses a proprietary wax blend and premium, phthalate & paraben free fragrance oils for both our wax melts and candles.
Our wax is poured in small batches in a smoke free and pet friendly environment.

Important Notice: As of May 1, 2022 we are no longer using candle dyes in our melts and candles. We may occasionally use micas and/or botanicals in/on melts. Our candles will be 100% free of any colorants. Wax Melts will be white/off white/yellow/cream/beige in color depending on the fragrance oil.

All of the Candles and Wax Melts are dye-free and hand poured, with no unnecessary additives. Available in a variety of sizes and scents, there's a product for every room in your home.
Orders are "made to order" so there will always been a turn around time of at least 3-5 days, depending on workload and order size. During busy season this could extend to 14 days.

This allows us to keep a decent fragrance selection without having to keep stock sitting on shelves.

We currently accept secure direct and debit/credit card payments through PayPal and Stripe.
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 within the continental US. We use UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail and/or Parcel Select Ground for all shipments. 



Once your order has been placed we will not accept any changes to your order. We cannot combine orders unless they are placed back to back.

Please note that during the months of June, July and August we will only ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday due to the hot weather.

All "made to order" orders will be ship within 3-5 business days depending on our current turn around time.
All "ready to ship" items will ship within 48-72 hrs.

Custom Orders will be shipped upon completion.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for Custom Orders and for Major Holidays.

Broken items such as jars can be returned to us for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us and send a picture of the broken item. If you cannot provide a picture please be aware that we will not issue a replacement or refund. Sadly we had to implement this policy.

Returns must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.  All items should be in original packaging (if possible) and packaged well. 

Bath & Body product sales are final and returns are unacceptable due to the hygienic nature of our bath & body products.

We will not accept returns simply because you do not like a scent you picked. 

Please contact us before returning an item. You must return the item to us in its original packaging and condition within 7 days of receiving the item at your own expense.

You will receive a full refund for the item you are returning or have the choice to exchange your item.

Priority shipping includes insurance.  Please contact your local post office with the tracking number to file a claim.

Please understand that we have no control over your package once it is picked up by the post office
