Shipping & Returns

Please review your order before submitting. We currently accept direct and credit card payments through PayPal.
If you don't use PayPal and would like to order using a Money Order, or if you are local and want to pick your order up, please contact us before placing your order to make arrangements.

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping. 

WE NO LONGER SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

WE NO LONGER SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL MAIL FORWARDING SERVICE LOCATIONS.

Once your order has been placed we will not accept any changes to your order. We cannot combine orders unless they are placed back to back.

Please note that during the months of June, July and August we will only ship Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday due to the hot weather.


All Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days depending on our current turn around time and work load.

Custom Orders will be shipped upon completion. Please allow 2-3 weeks for Custom Orders and for Major Holidays.

Broken items such as jars can be returned to us for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us and send a picture of the broken item. If you cannot provide a picture please be aware that we will not issue a replacement or refund. Sadly we had to implement this policy.

We will not accept returns simply because you do not like a scent you chose.

Returns must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All items should be in original packaging (if possible) and packaged well.

You must return the item to us in its original packaging and condition within 7 days of receiving the item at your own expense. You will receive a full refund (minus shipping) for the item you are returning or have the choice to exchange your item.

If you package arrives damaged or lost Priority Mail shipping includes insurance. Please contact your local post office with the tracking number to file a claim. Please understand that we have no control over your package once it is picked up by USPS.

Bath & Body product sales are final and returns are unacceptable due to the hygienic nature of our bath & body products.

Olde Primitive Treasures is not responsible for shipping delays, mishandling or missing items by USPS if purchaser entered incorrect delivery address, names, email or telephone numbers. Olde Primitive Treasures is not responsible for injuries, damages or losses of any kind due to your use of any product purchased from Olde Primitive Treasures. Olde Primitive Treasures reserves the right to change modify, alter or discontinue any policies, sales or offerings on this web site or any other social media or sales platform at any given time without notice. Your purchase from Olde Primitive Treasures indicates your acceptance of this policy.
